Bio

The best skill that I have is the domain of Portuguese language.
The translation is the best bridge to global communication and it feels good to know that I'm part of it.

My experience at a Portuguese publishing house from 2001 until 2009 gave me translation and proofreading skills in several areas such as Literature, Social Sciences, History among others.

Since 2009 that I've been working as freelancer - this has been a challenge because it gave me the opportunity to develop my knowledge in new areas: Technical Manuals/Guides, Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Marketing and Travel & Tourism.


Since January 2019 I'm the Vice-President of APTRAD (Portuguese Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters).
