Esistono due aliquote IVA in vigore in Serbia:
L'IVA ordinaria -18% (per la maggior parte delle merci);
L'IVA minima - 8% (per i beni di prima neccessità come alcuni alimentari, stampa etc.)
IMPOSTA SUL PROFITTO DELLE SOCIETA
L'aliquota d'imposta sul profitto della società è 10%. I non residenti pagano le tasse solo sul reddito conseguito in Serbia.
RITENUTA D'ACCONTO
Ritenuta d'acconto è calcolata e versata al tasso del 20% sulle varie forme di reddito (dividendi, azioni di profitto, royalties, interessi, guadagno in conto capitale etc.) da non residenti.
LE IMPOSTE SUI SALARI
Le imposte personali sono pari al 12% sui salari, mentre sulle altre entrate si applica prevalentemente una aliquota del 20%.
L'ALIQUOTA ANNUALE SUL REDDITO
Per i cittadini non-serbi, il reddito annuo è tassato se supera l'importo di 5 volte lo stipendio medio in Serbia. L'aliquota d'imposta è del 10% sè il reddito annuo è inferiore all'importo di 8 stipendi annui medi e del 15% per il reddito annuo sopra l'importo di 8 stipendi medi annui.
CONTRIBUTI PER LA PREVIDENZA SOCIALE
Le tasse per i contributi previdenziali obbligatori sono:
11% per la pensione e l'assicurazione contro invalidità,
6,15% per l'assicurazione sanitaria, e
0,75% per l'assicurazione contro la disoccupazione.
COSTO DELLA MANODOPERA
Gli stipendi medi in Serbia sono abbastanza bassi da garantire il rapporto costo-efficacia nella produzione. Mentre leggermente superiore a quello dei paesi vicini come la Romania, i costi totali per i datori di lavoro sono al solo 50% del livello dei paesi dell'UE situati in Europa orientale. Contributi per la previdenza sociale ed imposta sui salari arrivano fino a circa il 65% dello stipendio netto, ma l'onere fiscale per i datori di lavoro possono essere ridotti attraverso la varietà di incentivi finanziari e fiscali disponibili.

U Srbiji postoje dve stope PDV-a:
Opšta poreska stopa - 18% (za većinu dobara);
Minimalna poreska stopa - 8% (za osnovne namirnice kao što su neki prehrambeni proizvodi, štampa itd.)
POREZ NA DOBIT PREDUZEĆA
Poreska stopa na dobit preduzeća iznosi 10%. Nerezidenti obveznici plaćaju porez samo na dobit ostvarenu u Srbiji.
POREZ NA IZVORU
Nerezidenti obračunavaju i plaćaju porez na izvoru po stopi od 20% za razne vrste prihoda (dividende, dobit od akcija, rojalitete, kamate, dobit od računa kapitala itd.)
POREZ NA PLATU
Porez na lični dohodak iznosi 12% , dok za se na ostale prihode primenjuje poreska stopa od 20%.
GODIŠNJA PORESKA STOPA NA DOHODAK
Za građane koji nisu državljani Srbije, godišnji prihod se oporezuje ako je veći od 5 prosečnih plata u Srbiji. Poreska stopa iznosi 10% ako je godišnji prihod niži od iznosa 8 prosečnih godišnjih plata i 15% za prihod koji je veći od 8 prosečnih godišnjih plata.
DOPRINOS ZA SOCIJALNO OSIGURANJE
Porez za obavezno socijalno osiguranje iznosi:
11% za penziono osiguranje i osiguranje protiv invaliditeta
6.15% za zdravstveno osiguranje
0.75% za osiguranje za slučaj nezaposlenosti
TROŠKOVI RADNE SNAGE
Prosečne plate u Srbiji prilično su niske tako da garantuju povoljan odnos troškovi - efikasnost u proizvodnji. Iako malo viši nego u susednim zemljama poput Rumunije, ukupni troškovi za poslodavce su za 50% niži od nivoa troškova u istočnoevropskim zemljama članicama EU. Doprinosi za socijalno osiguranje i porez na plate iznose oko 65% od neto dohotka, ali poreske obaveze za poslodavce mogu se smanjiti zahvaljujuci postojećim poreskim i finansijskim olakšicama.
