Source text - English 1.- Application. These general sales conditions will govern the commercial and legal relationship with the clients of COMPANY S.L. (henceforth "COMPANY"). Although, this will be as a supplement to any particular conditions or agreements subscribed with the clients, in writing, in such a way that the particular conditions or written agreements will prevail over these general conditions.
2.- Duration. The present general sales conditions of COMPANY only apply to the order they correspond to, and therefore have the same duration as the order.
3.- Orders. The orders should be made in writing and preferably using the COMPANY order forms. They should be signed by the client. In the case that the mentioned order is a sales proposal from COMPANY, the client should return it signed, in full agreement.
4.- Modification/cancelation. In the case of partially or fully modifying or cancelling an order requested by the client, this should be done in writing, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of taking the corresponding order.
If there is a partial or full cancellation, within 30 calendar days before the first delivery of the full order, COMPANY has the right to charge compensation from the client as a penalty of 5% of the total order value before VAT.
5.- Destiny. The ordered products from COMPANY exclusively belong to the client.
It is totally forbidden to transfer the products, by any title, to any physical or legal person, directly or indirectly, without previous Doing so, means the right of COMPANY to rescind commercial relations with the client and to demand from the same the corresponding compensation for harm and damages.
Translation - Spanish 1.- Aplicación. Las presentes condiciones generales de venta regirán las relaciones comerciales y jurídicas mantenidas con los clientes de COMPAÑÍA S.L. (en adelante “COMPAÑÍA”). Ello no obstante, tendrán carácter supletorio a cualesquiera condiciones particulares o acuerdos suscritos con los clientes, por escrito, de forma que las condiciones particulares o acuerdos escritos primarán sobre éstas condiciones generales.
2.- Vigencia. Las presentes condiciones generales de venta de COMPAÑÍA se aplican única y exclusivamente al pedido al que corresponden, y por tanto tienen la misma vigencia del pedido.
3.- Pedidos. Los pedidos deberán formularse por escrito y preferentemente recogidos en el formulario de pedido de COMPAÑÍA. Deberán estar firmados por el cliente. En el caso de que dicho pedido sea una propuesta de venta emitida por COMPAÑÍA, el cliente deberá devolver imperativamente a aquella dicha propuesta de venta firmada, a modo de conformidad total.
4.- Modificación/anulación. En caso de modificación o anulación parcial o total de un pedido solicitada por el cliente, ésta deberá llevarse a cabo por escrito, en un plazo máximo de treinta días naturales a contar desde la fecha de la toma del pedido que corresponda.
Si se produjera cualquier anulación total o parcial, dentro de los 30 días naturales previos a la fecha de servicio de la primera entrega del pedido total, COMPAÑÍA estará en su derecho de cobrar una indemnización al cliente en concepto de penalización de un 5% del valor sin IVA del pedido.
5.- Destino. Los productos pedidos a COMPAÑÍA, son exclusivamente para el cliente.
Está totalmente prohibida cualquier transmisión de los productos, por cualquier título, a cualquier persona, física o jurídica, de forma directa o indirecta, sin previo permiso escrito y específico de COMPAÑÍA. La realización de tal hecho, supone el derecho de COMPAÑÍA a rescindir las relaciones comerciales con el cliente y a solicitar a éste la correspondiente indemnización por daños y perjuicios.

I am a Senior technician in developing IT systems. I worked as responsabile for an IT department in a logisitic wharehouse giving a just in time service to the FORD factory in Almussafes, Valencia, together as a transport agency.
I developed IT programs and also creating user manuals. At the same time, often translating texts from English into Spanish.
I posess a wide knwoledge of IT programming and software in general. I have a command of several program languages.
I am familiar with the use and configuration of diferent electronic devices such as Servers, PC's, Routers, Printers, Digital graphic work, MP4's, handies, iPod's, etc.
Due to my background of my work I am familiar with managment processing such as invoicing, accountancy, logistics, transport, customs clearance, logistic wharehousing, etc.
