Source text - English 12.6.3.7 Hypoglycaemic episodes according to ADA classification
The majority of the ADA classified hypoglycaemic episodes were documented symptomatic
hypoglycaemic episodes; see Table 12–10. There were no clinically relevant differences between
treatment groups with respect to the proportion of subjects reporting documented symptomatic
hypoglycaemic episodes or with respect to the rate of episodes (94.8% and 96.3% of subjects with
29808 and 30950 episodes per 100 PYE in the mealtime faster aspart and NovoRapid®/NovoLog®
groups, respectively). The majority of the remaining hypoglycaemic episodes were classified as
asymptomatic.
The majority (90%) of all documented symptomatic episodes occurred in the daytime
(EOT Tables 14.3.1.30 and 14.3.1.33). Overall, 10% of all documented symptomatic episodes were
nocturnal, and more episodes were observed in the NovoRapid®/NovoLog® group than in the
mealtime faster aspart group (EOT Tables 14.3.1.30 and EOT Table 14.3.1.32). The percentage of
subjects who reported nocturnal documented symptomatic episodes was 74.1% and 79.2%, with
observed rates of 790 and 950 episodes per 100 PYE, for mealtime faster aspart and
NovoRapid®/NovoLog®, respectively.
The percentage of subjects who reported documented symptomatic hypoglycaemic episodes within
1 hour after a meal was similar in both groups (50%), whereas the observed rate of episodes was
highest in the mealtime faster aspart group (187 episodes per 100 PYE) compared to the
NovoRapid®/NovoLog® group (139 episodes per 100 PYE) (EOT Table 14.3.1.34). The proportion
of documented symptomatic hypoglycaemic episodes during the first 1 hour following a meal was
very low compared to the total number of episodes (24 hours) in both treatment groups
(EOT Tables 14.3.1.30 and 14.3.1.34). A similar pattern was seen after 2 hours. For results 1, 2, 4
and 6 hours after a meal, please refer to EOT Table 14.3.1.34.

Доля документально подтвержденных симптоматических эпизодов гипогликемии в течение первого 1 часа после приема пищи была очень низкой по сравнению с общим числом эпизодов, наблюдаемых в течение 24 часов в обеих группах лечения (таблицы завершения периода лечения 14.3.1.30 и 14.3.1.34). DEVICE DESCRIPTION
The ***™ Ultra Drug Coated Coronary Stent System (BioFreedom Ultra DCS) is a combination product consisting of two key components: the cobalt chromium stent platform coated abluminally with the active ingredient ***™ (***) and the delivery system.
*** Ultra DCS is a polymer and carrier free Drug Coated Coronary Stent System.
Device Component Description
A balloon expandable coronary cobalt chromium stent per ASTM F562 abluminally coated with the *** drug and pre mounted onto a semi-compliant rapid exchange balloon delivery system.
A delivery system that has two radiopaque markers, which fluoroscopically mark the ends of the stent to facilitate proper placement.
A female luer lock connector hub located at the proximal end of the delivery system.
This hub connects to the balloon inflation lumen.
The guidewire used in the procedure enters into a port located 27.5cm proximal to the distal tip of the delivery balloon and exits from the distal tip of the balloon catheter.

Описание компонентов устройства
Баллонный расширяемый коронарный стент из кобальт-хромового сплава, соответствующего требованиям стандарта ASTM F562, с аблюминальным покрытием препаратом ***, предварительно установленный в систему доставки быстрой смены с полуэластичным баллоном.
Система доставки имеет две рентгеноконтрастные метки, которые указывают на концы стента во время рентгеноскопии и помогают установить стент в правильное положение.
На проксимальном конце системы доставки находится соединительный блок, снабженный гнездом люэровского разъема.
Этот стыковочный узел присоединяется к порту для раздувания баллона.
Проволочный проводник, используемый в данной процедуре, входит в разъем, расположенный на 27,5 см выше дистального конца баллона, и выходит из дистального конца баллонного катетера.
