(WHOLE RESIDENCES UNIT)
(HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THIS "AGREEMENT") IS ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN XX IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR XX REPRESENTED BY XX (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "PROMISSORY TRANSFEROR") AND XX (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "PROMISSORY TRANSFEREE"), IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS AND CLAUSES.
C L A U S E S
1. Purpose of this Agreement.
1.1 Conditions to Trust. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the parties hereto hereby promise to enter into a Trust whereby Promissory Transferor shall cause the transfer of the trust beneficiary rights in and to the Residence to Promissory Transferee, and whereby Promissory Transferee shall be designated as the beneficiary pursuant to the terms of the Trust.
1.2 Formalization of the Trust. The Trust shall be formalized (hereinafter referred to as the "Closing") through a public instrument signed by a public notary appointed by Promissory Transferor. The Closing shall occur in or about the City of X, Municipality of Los X, Mexico, on or before the date that is sixty (60) calendar days after (i) the date that Promissory Transferee delivers the Final Payment, Closing Costs and, if applicable, any additional funds due, to the Promissory Transferor , so long as all necessary documents and governmental authorizations have been obtained to execute the Trust. Promissory Transferor shall prepare a notice identifying the time, place and date of Closing (the "Closing Notice"), which Closing Notice shall be delivered to Promissory Transferee at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date therein identified for the Closing.

1. Propósito del presente Acuerdo.
1.1 Condiciones del Contrato de Fideicomiso. Sujeto a los términos y condiciones del presente Acuerdo, las partes del mismo prometen celebrar un Contrato de Afectación en Fideicomiso en el cual, el Promitente Fideicomitente transferirá al Promitente Fideicomisario los derechos fideicomisarios de y para la Unidad Residences, y en donde el Promitente Fideicomisario será designado como el Beneficiario de acuerdo a los términos y condiciones del Contrato de Afectación en Fideicomiso.
1.2 Formalización del Contrato de Afectación en Fideicomiso. El Contrato de Afectación en Fideicomiso deberá ser formalizado (en adelante el “Cierre”) a través de un instrumento publico firmado ante un notario publico designado por el Promitente Fideicomitente. El Cierre deberá ocurrir en o cerca de la Ciudad de X, Municipio de X, México en o antes de la fecha que son sesenta (60) días calendario después de lo siguiente: (i) la fecha en que el Promitente Fideicomisario entregue el Pago Final, Gastos de Escrituración y en caso de ser aplicable, cualquier otro fondo adeudado al Promitente Fideicomitente, siempre y cuando todos los documentos legales necesarios y autorizaciones gubernamentales para celebrar el Contrato de Afectación en Fideicomiso hayan sido obtenidos para ejecutar el Fideicomiso. El Promitente Fideicomitente deberá preparar una notificación indicando la hora, lugar y fecha del Cierre (en adelante la “Notificación del Cierre”), cuya Notificación de Cierre deberá ser entregada al Promitente Fideicomisario con al menos quince (15) días de anticipación a la fecha ahí identificada para el Cierre.

LEASE CONTRACT FOR A DETERMINED TERM SUSCRIBED BY AND BETWEEN, X, IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR X, REPRESENTED BY X (HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS THE LESSOR), AND ON THE OTHER PART IN ITS OWN RIGHT BY X (HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS THE LESSEE) WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
OBJECT OF THE LEASE CONTRACT
That the LESSOR grants in lease to the LESSEE the use and enjoyment of the Residential Unit mentioned below in exchange for the compensation established hereunder as the rent, for the LESSE’s use under his own risk and responsibility and strictly observing each and all the obligations contained herein as well as the conditions expressly stated under the understanding that the failure to do so will cause the early termination of the lease.
CONDITIONS OF DISSOLUTION
The obligation of the LESSOR consisting in temporally grating the use and enjoyment of the RESIDENTIAL UNIT to the LESEE will be subject, by the parties expressed consent, to the conditions of dissolution expressly stipulated in the 13th clause hereunder and to the implicit specific dissolution conditions proper to the nature of this contract, as set forth in the Civil Code for the free and Sovereign State of X.

CONDICIONES RESOLUTORIAS

I would now like to speak a little bit about myself.
I have 3 small children and I love spending time with them, my oldest is 9 and my youngest 4. One of the things I love about translating is being able to be at home and choose my own schedule as being a working mom sometimes gets pretty busy.
I'm a foodie, I studied to be a chef and did work on that for a while but having 3 kids didn't fit the chef lifestyle so well. I love cooking, learning new recipes and trends and eating out as much as I can. I could spend all my free time trying new flavors, cooking methods, etc.
I love personal development and spirituality, I believe everything happens to us for a reason, to make us grow and learn from the experience. I think that we either grow by decision (reading, learning and practicing) or the hard way (pain). I'm passionate about personal growth and spirituatlity. I love reading everything I can get my hands on the subject.
I also love working out and do it pretty much everyday. I usually run with my headphones on while listening to a book in Audible. That's the way I kick-off most of my days and when I don't, I feel as if something's missing.
I love learning new things, reading about new things, new skills and I believe I'm a pretty fast learner.
