The PS pallet fork is a top-quality piece of equipment from VERACHTERT. The PS pallet fork was designed for grasping goods on pallets. The PS pallet fork is also suitable for grasping some loose lying products.
You are urgently requested to read the operating manual and to carefully execute the instructions when working with the equipment.
VERACHTERT products bear the CE mark and comply with all the relevant EC safety requirements. However, it remains necessary to make sure that the safety requirements are met for all operations, maintenance or repair works. This refers to the safety regulations mentioned in this book, in the operating manual of the machine and in the local safety regulations valid for the area in which the VERACHTERT product is being used, maintained or repaired.
Modifying the VERACHTERT product is only allowed with the permission of your supplier!
Only then the warranty conditions and CE liability apply.
Warnings
Only qualified persons are permitted to operate the PS pallet fork fitted to the wheelloader or excavator.
Prevent unsafe work situations. Keep your limbs from moving parts.
Make sure there are no persons within reach of the wheelloader or excavator with the PS pallet fork fitted to it.
When leaving the wheelloader or excavator, position the PS pallet fork on a flat surface.
Maintenance or repair jobs can only be carried out by well qualified technical personnel.
Stop the engine before starting maintenance or repair operations. Make sure the safety precautions are met.
Only certified forks that fulfill ISO 2330 may be used on the PS palletfork.
Defective parts must be replaced by original VERACHTERT parts.
Warranty and service
The warranty obligation of the supplier depends on the correct installation of the product. Check the working pressure of your machine first. Should there be any questions, contact your supplier.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the terms of warranty drawn up by ORGALIME in the publication of October 1992 apply to this product. Some of the clauses from these terms can be found at the back of this book.
VERACHTERT is continually improving its products. It reserves the right to change its products without prior notice.
Apart from supplying a complete range of wrecking tools and other equipment VERACHTERT can also supply the following services:
- installation service;
- supplying (spare) parts for the equipment;
- repair works and complete revisions.

Предупреждения
Только компетентному персоналу разрешается управлять, присоединённым к пневмоколёсному погрузчику или экскаватору, вилочным поддоном с гидроусилителем.
Избегайте опасных ситуаций на рабочем месте. Не подходите близко к движущимся частям машины.
Убедитесь в том, что нет людей в пределах досягаемости пневмоколёсного погрузчика или экскаватора с, присоединённым к ним, вилочным поддоном .
Покидая пневмоколёсный погрузчик или экскаватор, поместите вилочный поддон на плоскую поверхность.
Техническое обслуживание или ремонт должен выполнять только хорошо обученный технический персонал.
Прежде чем выполнять техническое обслуживание или ремонт, остановите двигатель. Убедитесь в соблюдении мер предосторожности.
Только сартифицированные вилочные захваты, которые выполняют нормы ISO 2330 (Международная Организация по Стандартизации), могут использоваться на вилочном поддоне с гидроусилителем.
Дефектные части должны быть заменены оригинальными, заводскими частями VERACHTERT.
Гарантия и обслуживание
Гарантийные обязательства поставщика действуют только в случае правильной установки изделия. Прежде всего, проверьте рабочее давление механизма. В случае возникновения вопросов обратитесь к своему поставщику.
Если отдельно не оговорено иное, на данное изделие распространяется гарантия ORGALIME от октября 1992 года. Некоторые из этих условий представлены в конце данного руководства.
Компания VERACHTERT постоянно улучшает характеристики своих изделий.
Она оставляет за собой право изменять свои изделия без предварительного уведомления.
