Source text - English On May 2, 2008, XXX Police Officers were dispatched to the parent’s residence in response to a domestic violence call. Upon arrival, and with the assistance of an interpreter, mother reported to officers that upon returning home from work, she observed father to be drinking beer while watching the children. While holding her daughter (it is unknown which child), mother confronted father, who in turn became angry and began swinging at mother with a closed fist.
Translation - Spanish El 2 de mayo del 2008, se enviaron miembros de la policía de XXX a la residencia de los padres en respuesta a una llamada de violencia doméstica. A su llegada, y con la ayuda de un intérprete, la madre reportó a los policías que al regresar a casa después de trabajar, observó que el padre estaba bebiendo cerveza mientras cuidaba de las niñas.
