Source text - English These tools are intended for building a knowledge base that is capable of assisting an inexperienced user in diagnosis and problem solving. The three most important tools are:
· Author: the tool for building and maintaining the knowledge base.
· Troubleshooter: the tool for testing and validating the knowledge base.
· TMS Editor: the tool for arranging how different problem solving models can be selected within the Troubleshooter and the web-based system.
All three tools can be accessed from the start menu in Windows under the “Dezide Advisor” heading.
A knowledge base usually consists of a number of “models”, one for each problem that the system is intended to handle. The process of developing a model usually includes the following steps:
1) New Model: Start a new model in the Author using “New TSS” from the file menu. TSS stands for “TroubleShooting Specification”. Specify a name for the model and a default language. Give it a meaningful name such as ‘Outlook Express Email Problem’ for a model that will troubleshoot errors with sending and receiving email using Outlook Express.
2) Building: Specify causes, actions and questions, and link these together using probabilities and costs:
a. Brainstorming: First carry out a brainstorming session where you fill in causes, actions and questions as text in the Author. For faster operation use the keyboard shortcuts: “Ctrl-shift-C”, “Ctrl-shift-S”, “Ctrl-shift-A” and “Ctrl-shift-Q”. When performing the brainstorming consider the following questions “What are the potential causes of this problem?”

Neuste Altersbestimmungen von bisher als über 30.000 Jahre alt datierten Neandertalerknochen wurden durch neue Messungen auf ein Alter von weniger als 5000 Jahre datiert. Damit wurde eine von Fachleuten bisher belächelten Voraussage aus „Darwins Irrtum“ und „Irrtümer der Erdgeschichte“ bestätigt.
Damit ist die Herkunft des Neandertalers zu einem ungeklärten Rätsel geworden. Nach den Ausführungen in „Die Evolutionslüge“ ist der Neandertaler nur eine Variante des modernen Menschen, der sich durch seine kompakte Form wie die ihm ähnlichen Aleuten und Eskimos an das arktische Klima angepasst hatte. Neandertaler wurden mit der Verschiebung kalter Klimazonen aus arktischen Gebieten auf die kontinentale Halbinsel Europa bis hin zum Vorderen Orient räumlich durch das Klima südwärts abgedrängt, um danach mit ihren Rentierherden dem kälteren Klima wieder nordwärts zu folgen, über die Grönlandbrücke.
Aus dieser Sichtweise ist der Neandertaler gar nicht ausgestorben., wie Funde von Neandertalern bezeugen sollen, da unmittelbar über den Neandertalern zugerechneten Schichten abrupt Zeugnisse frühmoderner Menschen zu finden sind. Manchmal findet man jedoch den Neandertalern zugerechneten Werkzeuge in derselben Schicht wie solche die von frühmodernen Menschen stammen sollen, manchmal zur Überraschung der Fachleute sogar umgekehrt zur erwarteten Abfolge der Fundstaffelung über solchen!
