There is no evidence of this and that is not Mr N.'s intention. The reality is that Mr N. cannot travel abroad until this litigation has been finally resolved for fear that he and his family will be targeted (see further below). He needs to stay here to prove his innocence. His home in B. is therefore his place of permanent residence at least until the conclusion of this litigation, and quite possibly longer
