Lagerung, Unfallschutzmaβnahmen und Inbetriebnahme von

1.0 Lagerung
Bei Stillstand der Pumpe entsteht bei Verwendung von Packungsringen Lochfraβ an metallischen Kolben durch elektrochemische Korrosion.Wird die Pumpe nicht sofort nach der Auslieferung in Betrieb genommen,bzw. wird eine Pumpe vorübergehend auβer Betrieb genommen, sind bei Kolbenpumpen metallische Kolben auszubauen.
Ausnahmen:
- Fördermedium ist elektrisch nicht leitend -
- Hartmetallkolben in Hochdruckpumpenköpfen –
Spezielle Aus – bzw, Einbauhinweise finden Sie in den
Betriebsanleitungen Kolbenpumpenköpfe.
Auβerdem sind die Pumpen mit Öl zu füllen und alle blanken Teile vor Korrosion zu schützen.
Für Fremdbaugruppen sind die Vorschriften der Herstellerfirmen zu beachten.
2.0 Unfallschutzmaβnahmen
- Erzeugnisse sind unter Berückichtigung der
Arbeitsschutzund
Unfallschutzvorschriften hergestellt. Die folgenden
Unfallschutmaβnahmen werden zweck mässigerweise dem
Verwender überlassen, weil sie von den
Aufstellungsbedingungen abhängig sind.
1. Nicht unterwiesenem Personal muss der Zutritt zu oszillierenden Kolbenstangen und Kolben verwehrt warden.
2. Bei allen elektrischen Hubstellantrieben drehen die glatten, etwas vorstehenden Handräder bei Verstellung mit. Die Absicherung dieser Drehbewegungen obliegt grundsätzlich dem Verwender,
3. Eine Gefährdung des Bedienungspersonals durch die im Zusammenhang mit der Benutzung der Aggregateverwendeten Medien ist durch entsprechende Unfallschutzmassnahmen des Verwenders auszuschliessen.
Hierzu einige Hinweise:
-vom Medium berührte Teile vor dem Öffnen gründlich
spülen oder dekontaminieren,
-alle Abdichtungen regelmässig auf Dichtheit überprüfen.
-regelmässige Kontrolle der Funktion von
Sicherheitseinrichtungen.

1.0 Storage
During the pump stoppage pitting corrosion on metallic pistons results from electro-chemical corrosion when packing rings are used.
If the pump is not operated immediately after the dispatch from the factory, and/or if it is taken out of operation temporarily, then in case of piston pumps the metallic pistons are to be removed.
Exceptions:
- Transported material is electrically non-conductive.
- Tungsten carbide pistons used in high pressure pump heads
You may find the special notes on assembling/dismantling in the Operating Manual for “Piston Pump Heads”.
In addition, the pumps are to be filled with oil and thereby protecting all bright parts against corrosion.
The regulations of the manufacturing firms are to be followed for externally supplied components and subassemblies.
2.0 Accident prevention measures
- products are manufactured considering the industrial safety and protection regulations. The following accident preventive measures are proposed for the purpose and are left to the user to apply, because they are dependent on the installation conditions.
1. The unauthorized persons should be prevented from the access to the reciprocating piston rods and pistons.
2. All electrical stroke control drives operate the smooth, with somewhat protruding hand wheel rotate during the adjustment. The locking of these rotating parts is basically the responsibility of the user.
3. A danger to the operating personnel in connection with the medium used in aggregate is to be eliminated by the user by application of appropriate accident preventive measures.
Some hints for this:
- Parts coming in contact with the medium should be thoroughly rinsed or decontaminated before opening.
- Examine all seals regularly for tightness.
- Regular check on the functioning of safety devices.

Im Juli dagegen ist es in München warmer und Sommer ist aber nicht so gross wie in Kanada oder in der Sowietunion, die zum Teil auf der gleichen geographischen Breite liegen.
