But you knew that, didn’t you? Cutting costs can’t come at the expense of data security or productivity. And as the economy improves, demand on your time and resources will only increase.
In response, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) is making a comeback. And for good reason. With VDI, organisations can store content and applications in a remote, centralised, secure location—a cost-effective way to enhance security while reducing I.T. helpdesk requests.
While VDI is appealing, it does have drawbacks. VDI can be very costly to implement and maintain and often requires changes to existing organisational processes. Application compatibility can also be an issue.

La VDI offre molti vantaggi, ma anche degli svantaggi. Può essere costosa da implementare e mantenere. Spesso richiede l’apporto di modifiche ai processi organizzativi già esistenti e la compatibilità con altre applicazioni può essere problematica.

Source text - English 4.5 Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
The two main components of XXX, delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) are metabolised by the cytochrome P450 enzyme system. In clinical trials where XXX has been taken concomitantly with other drugs metabolised by the cytochrome P450 enzyme system, no clinically apparent drug-drug interactions have been seen at clinical doses.
The inhibitory effects of XXX on the cytochrome P450 system seen in vitro and in animal models were only seen at exposures significantly higher than the maximum observed in clinical trials.
In an in vitro study with 1:1% (v/v) THC botanical drug substance (BDS) and CBD BDS, no relevant induction of cytochrome P450 enzymes was seen for human CYP1A2, CYP2C9, CYP2C19 and CYP3A4 enzymes in human hepatocytes, at doses of up to 1μM (314 ng/mL).
No clinically relevant changes in levels of THC and CBD have been observed following food interaction and drug-drug interaction studies with XXX. When XXX is co-administered with food there is a mean increase in Cmax, AUC and half-life. The magnitude of this increase was less than the between subject variability in these parameters.
