Предварительное бюджетное заявление, Проект бюджета исполнительной власти, Утвержденный бюджет, Гражданский бюджет, Текущие отчеты об исполнении бюджета, Полугодовой отчет, Годовой отчёт и Аудиторский отчет.

Предварительное бюджетное заявление
Предварительное бюджетное заявление – документ, в котором исполнительная власть озвучивает направления экономической и бюджетно-налоговой политики на будущий год.
Фактически ПБЗ является базой для следующих этапов бюджетного процесса – разработки проекта бюджета и его утверждения.
Данный документ должен включать в себя макроэкономический прогноз, на котором будет базироваться бюджет, основные направления бюджетно-налоговой политики и приоритеты расходования бюджетных средств, а также оценки суммы доходов и расходов бюджета в перспективе ближайших лет.
В Республике Беларусь этот документ носит название «Основные направления бюджетно-финансовой и налоговой политики Республики Беларусь на 2018-2020 годы».

In line with advanced international practices, countries publish eight key documents to ensure public finance transparency:
The Pre-Budget Statement, the Executive Budget Proposal, the Enacted Budget, the Citizen Budget, In-Year Reports, the Mid-Year Review, the Year-End Report and the Audit Report.
Let us discuss each document in detail.
Pre-Budget Statement
The Pre-Budget Statement (PBS) is a document that sets out the executive’s economic, fiscal and tax policy proposals for the next year.
The PBS, in fact, is the basis for the following phases of the budget cycle, including for drafting and approving a budget.
The document should include economic assumptions, on which the future budget will be based, budget and tax policy priorities, spending priorities, as well as revenue and expenditure estimates for the next few years.
In Belarus, the document is referred to as the Budget, Fiscal and Tax Policy Guidelines of the Republic of Belarus for 2018-2020.

Source text - English This chapter describes what you have to do after the box with the outdoor unit is delivered on-site.
It contains information about:
Unpacking and handling the outdoor unit
Removing the accessories from the unit
Removing the transportation stay
Keep the following in mind:
At delivery, the unit MUST be checked for damage.
Any damage MUST be reported immediately to the carrier's claims agent.
Bring the packed unit as close as possible to its final installation position to prevent damage during transport.
When handling the unit, take into account the following:
Fragile, handle the unit with care.
Keep the unit upright in order to avoid compressor damage.
Prepare the path along which you want to bring the unit inside in advance.
Lift the unit preferably with a crane and 2 belts of at least 8 m long as shown in the figure below.
Always use protectors to prevent belt damage and pay attention to the position of the unit's centre of gravity.
