As mentioned in note 13 to the financial statements, the company did not quantify and therefore did not recognize in these financial statements the liability for the creation of a reserve for retirement premium, and the reserve for indemnifications to personnel pursuant to the terms of Bulletin D-3 of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, "Labor Obligations.
