I'm probably missing something very easy here, but I cannot find the command to see the text bigger in the editor window. I use SDL Trados Studio 2009. I do not mean increasing the font size, just seeing the source and target text bigger so it's easier to see.

Font adaptation Jul 16, 2011

There's no zoom as such. You need to go to Tools>Options>Editor>Font Adaptation and adjust the font size as you like. It only affects the display, not the actual font size of the target file.

Thank you, it worked for me as well. Jun 28, 2012

DEar Emma, thank you very much, it worked for me as well. Font adaptation is a great feature, otherwise it is not healthy for eyes)). At least I think so.

Thank you so much! Sep 3, 2012

I recently upgraded to Studio 2011 from 2007, and really struggled with the tiny font size, but this sorted it out right away! Thank you SO much, Emma!

You're welcome, LinguaLab.

This seems to be such a common question that I've just published a blog post about it, called Zoom, font and display issues in SDL Trados Studio 2011.

I hope it'll help others who arrive at this thread in the future,
Emma
