Me again, does it make any sense? It is from the police report again. "9:6 JÄGARE POMS". Can't understand it at all, is there a word POMS, a company, organization..?

I guess that the police are conducting these tests to hunters, to evaluate them whether they are fit to hold guns and rifles for hunting. POMS assess people's mood states, such as depression, panic, etc. and are performed for athletes too. And my guess is that this test is performed from 9 to 6 pm, as stated in the first part of the report. All I came up with POMS was the abbreviation for the above phrase I entered.
