Such tinnitus (subjective tinnitus) is a phantom sensation, where abnormal neural activity is generated in the ear, the auditory nerve, or the central nervous system.

If it is the same as "lockkänsla", then there is an existing answer listing several SNOMED alternatives: "Sensation of block in ear", "Ear blockage sensation", "Blocked ears" and "Plugged feeling in ear".
