I think you are right about the "härrör från" and I think here, they have just used the "till" incorrectly.

I don't know what 'transportstressning' means , so this suggestion may not fit the context. However, a quick Google-search gives 4600 hits for 'härrör från' and from the ones I checked I think 'be due to' or 'be caused by' would be decent enough a translation.
