customer satisfaction survey/analysis
Hi
It's a customer satisfaction market research survey/ driving force analysis.
There are some "bonusgrundande parametrar" plus some other parameters.
examples of "bonusgrundande parameters" are "Would you recommend...?" " are the toilets clean..?"
Many Thanks

"bonus entitling parameters" would be a possible alternative, I guess...

Check this in varying forms as with 'bonus qualifying' + "airlines", + "membership, and such
Note from asker:
I agree it might be more a long the lines of "reward" . As I mentioned in discussion it turns out it is an incentive scheme for the service providers, not a reward scheme for the end-users. For this reason I'm closing without grading. Hope that seems appropriate :) |

: as most airlines use terms such as "reward flights" - bonus is an English word, so a "soundalike translation" is a risk here.
Having said that, I have to acknowledge that one doesn't get "reward flights"for clean toilets. (I must be off in space)
