Swedish term

bonusgrundande

Swedish to English Marketing Marketing customer satisfaction survey/analysis
Hi
It's a customer satisfaction market research survey/ driving force analysis.
There are some "bonusgrundande parametrar" plus some other parameters.

examples of "bonusgrundande parameters" are "Would you recommend...?" " are the toilets clean..?"

Many Thanks

Discussion

Duncan Foster (asker) Oct 20, 2016:
Thanks for your answers guys. It turns out that it is the service provider who gets the "bonus" or "reward"...hence the clean toilets!

bonus entitling

"bonus entitling parameters" would be a possible alternative, I guess...

bonus-qualifying

Check this in varying forms as with 'bonus qualifying' + "airlines", + "membership, and such
Note from asker:
I agree it might be more a long the lines of "reward" . As I mentioned in discussion it turns out it is an incentive scheme for the service providers, not a reward scheme for the end-users. For this reason I'm closing without grading. Hope that seems appropriate :)

agree George Hopkins : Definitely with the hyphen...

Thanks George! I prefer the hyphen, too...
agree Charlesp : as most airlines use terms such as "reward flights" - bonus is an English word, so a "soundalike translation" is a risk here. Having said that, I have to acknowledge that one doesn't get "reward flights"for clean toilets. (I must be off in space)

a lot of frequent flyer rewards with bonus points, etc... don't know about the toilets...;-) Thanks!
