Context:
Denna lag innehåller bestämmelser om rätt att ta del av miljöinformation hos fiskevårds- och viltvårdsområdesföreningar, vattenförbund och andra enskilda organ, om informationen avser sådan av det enskilda organet bedriven verksamhet som innebär fullgörande av offentlig förvaltningsuppgift.
This may seem like a silly question, but does this refer to other people's right to obtain information from these associations... or the associations' right to obtain information from elsewhere, e.g. government?
