Swedish term

småmål

Swedish to English Law/Patents Law (general) bankruptcy dispute
I've seen a definition of this where it says a småmål refers to a case where the dispute concerns less than half of a base amount. It appears on the page describing instructions on how to appeal.
Leave to appeal is required where the dispute concerns a småmål (ett s.k. FT-mål).
(Sorry, it's quicker to give context in English).
Does anyone know an appropriate translation in (preferably UK) English?
Advice would be appreciated.

Peer comment(s):

agree Adrian MM. (X) : simply: small claims. NB The Small Claims Court is part of the County Courts system - no separate courts.

agree Thor Truelson : In the US small claims would be used. It appears from the looks of this that the Brits use the same thing.
