The idea is that one should continue to go with something that has been working for you so far, or that you should continue on a lucky streak or something like that. I get the general feeling of the phrase, but I am wondering if there is a good standard English phrase or idiom conveying the same meaning - preferably something with the word "luck" in it..

The first part (keep on going) could of course be changed
But you wanted an expression wilh 'luck' and you are in luck :)
