caramel sauce

Tjinuski is a caramal/toffee sauce, I am not sure where the name originates from, but unless you want to use "tjinuski sauce" you can probably use caramel/toffee sauce.

agree Kristina Thorne : The name originates from Russia. It's sometimes spelled kinuski. Anywhichway, it's delicious served hot over frozen cranberries with a dollop of whipped cream. I'd go for caramel or caramel-cream sauce.
