....till cirka 30,6 MSEK: subscribed for, for (avoid the prepositional double-up with): to a value of around SKr- 30.6 mill. - namely on applications for shares to that amount - see the ProZ weblink answers. Note that it's sign up to and not sign on, as for unemployment benefit.
I don't think we have the scenario of a third party institutional guarantor, like a merchant bank, 'underwriting' so gauranteeing the *take-up* of shares to that value.
Teckningsgrad can be asked in a separate question, but subscription rate looks right. However, if this is a 'rights issue' as already propositioned, postulated or (AmE) posited, I'd venture a *take-up rate*.
