Swedish term
försäkringsmarkeringar (röd hage)
Swedish to English
Tech/Engineering
Construction / Civil Engineering
Väl fungerande (((försäkringsmarkeringar (röd hage)))) skall finnas vid stompunkter
I am inclined to translate the first word as 'safety or security markings' - but am left wondering why they have chosen 'försäkrings-' over 'säkerhets-.' Perhaps the difference is the intended recipient of the safeguarding (i.e. 'säkerhets' markings prevent against harm to passersby/users, while ''försäkrings-' markings protect the stompunkt (control point) itself from tampering/removal?)
My second issue is with "röd hage," which to my knowledge can only be understood as a red field or pasture! Not to be found in glossaries or Google. I have an inkling from the German 'Haken' (check mark) but that would need confirmation.
Anyone?

Swedish term (edited):
röd hage
red hatched area OR red enclosed area
markeringar, I suppose, mark off the area and make a sort of "police block line" to assure safety.
