Desconozco el motivo, pero aún no han publicado en su web el del 2008; sin embargo, sí que figura el del 2007:

Creo que procede incluir "First" porque hablamos de sólo 5 jugadores y no de teóricos suplentes.

Por no aburrirte con una lista de resultados, agrego solo que Google me devuelve esto:
Resultados 1 - 10 de aproximadamente 91.600 de "all nba first team". Resultados 1 - 10 de aproximadamente 2.080 de "all euroleague first team"
Así al menos lo llama la NBA:
All-NBA First Team.

Ideal starting lineup (fantasy starting lineup, better)
The "starting" lineup is, of course, the first five players who are on the court at the start of the game. I like "fantasy starting lineup" as an option, because it implies that it probably would never happen, but if it did, it would be a killer game! "Fantasy Roster" could also be used, but The 5 starting players, the starting lineup, refers directly to the FIVE players in your "quinteto". Hope this helps!

Ok, the adjective you use (see comment below) is up to you. I'll just stick with the fact that "starting lineup", "starters", or perhaps even "starting roster"... are the common terms for those first five that hit the court.

I disagree. I realize it is used in contexts such as "fantasy football league","fantasy team", etc. But we're not talking about a whole team, but the "starting five", the 'quinteto'. 'Fantasy' OR 'ideal' goes well with what the context has to offer.
