Or "one of the (very) high ones", which would probably be more idiomatic in a conversation like this than "one of the highest". There are eight Cs on a full piano keyboard (I've just counted them on mine to make sure!). This seems to be the second highest, C7. I think "very high", or even just "high", would be suitable for the second highest of eight.
