Spanish term

la pulcritud no naciera de sus dedos

Spanish to English Other Music Review of a pianist
For a UK audience.

(in which) her fingers faltered in their immaculate delicacy

An idea to start the ball rolling, with a little alliteration thrown in.
Maybe "fingerwork", but I think I prefer the simple, literal "fingers".
"Pulcritud" is precise, clean, but also exquisite, delicate. I've allowed myself two words to cover some of this.

[not a moment when] her exquisite/delicate fingerwork faltered

Pulcritud gives the idea of exquisite or delicate fingers. But "fingers" on its own doesn't work very well, so I would say "fingerwork".

her unerring touch deserted her

or failed her?

Another take on it. Unerring = impeccable etc.

Literally, it's something like 'perfection ceased to flow from her fingers' but I think there's a danger of over-egging it in English and making it sound a bit silly or pretentious.

I like 'touch' because it is a musician's word and gets away from the literalism of fingers.

And what's so great about alliteration? I don't see any in the source.
