Referring to health services in Paraguay.

I am not too sure what the distinction is here. Thanks in advance for any help!

health post; community pharmacy/dispensary

This is my field; I worked for many years for the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO)/World Health Organization (WHO).

Paraguay has HEALTH POSTS, which are staffed by primary health care workers, including volunteers, supervised by a physician who checks in periodically. The community pharmacies or dispensaries distribute or sell drugs prescribed by the health posts or other physicians or OTC drugs. If not attached to a health post, personnel in the community pharmacy sometimes give immunizations and help with simple treatments, such as bee stings, common URIs, etc.

Hi there
The difference is usually within the size of the facilities and the human and technical resources. Being the second one, the smallest one with less resourses.
