Hello all,

I'm translating some Spanish (Spain) academic documents with a Notary's declaration and can't find an adequate English equivalent for the above phrase. To give some context:

Advierto que este testimonio no implica juicio alguno sobre la autenticidad o autoria del documento, y que la intervencion del notario no se extiende al contenido del mismo, **ni le atribuye efecto publico alguno**.
