Hi Marina,

The sentence is as follows:

"No concurrencia de causas extintivas de la responsabilidad criminal, previstas en el articulo 130 del C.P. y no operando la PRESCRIPCION sobre los hechos (art. 10 C.E.Ex y art 4.4 L.E.P.)"

I think you're right about "Codigo Penal". Any ideas about "C.E.EX"?

Katie Please provide the actual sentences where the terms appear, an explanation is not enough. Also, provide the country where the document was issued. C.P. maybe Código Penal, or Código de Procedimiento, depending on context.
