Por qu siempre me dejan afuera de todo?
Why do they always leave me out of everything?
Another option, which suggests the person thinks it should be someone else, might be "Why is it always ME who gets left of everything?"

If you want something (US) colloquial, I suggest using the verb "get." The verb "to be" is fine, but "get" can be seen as an integral part of the US folk vocabulary, used in a wide variety of informal contexts.
Related options include: "Why do I always get left out of everything?" or "Why am I the one who always gets left out of everything?"

Por qu siempre me dejan afuera de todo?
How come I always end up getting left out?
If informal American English is wanted, this could work, depending on the rest of the dialogue. Another variant could be simply, "How come I always get left out?" but the "end up getting" strengthens the habitual emphasis of siempre me dejan. Hope this helps.

Por qu siempre me dejan afuera de todo?
How come I'm always the last one to know?
Hope this helps - it's a little loose, failing htat, I'd fo with 'left out of everything'
