welding has be ground

for normal welding (i.e. steel plates) this means the weld has been ground in order to eliminate rough edges or fragments and the result is a smooth non-snagged weld
in this case i would immagine it's more or less the same, including polishing, maybe so the chocolate doesn't get clogged up in the machine! no use having a chocolate machine if the chocolate doesn't come out properly :-)) actually i would guess it's mentioned to indicate ease of cleaning....

solder retouched

In this case, "repasar" means to go over, check and correct small deficiencies in the solder, such as pores or uneven surfaces. Once this is done, the resulting joint is burnished or polished to food grade specifications. In the food industry, all soldered joints in contact with foodstuffs cannot have pores or crevasses in which substances may lodge and be difficult or impossible to remove when the equipment is cleaned.
