Was thinking "baby oil" or "baby liniment" might be OK, but found this:
Liniment Oleo-limestone
Liniment containing olive oil and limewater. Packaging: plastic bottle with pouring lip.

agua de cal is limewater in English
So: Liniment Oleo-limestone or Oleo-limestone liniment - the word order of the second one sounds more natural in English

I notice this liniment in the link also contains a few other ingredients like liquid paraffin and glyceryl stearate, which agua de cal may not, but still

'Limewater and oil liniment' may sound more natural; however,we appear to have a product called 'lime liniment' also known as Carron oil (not widely used), but I have read that the formulation is different (different proportions of oil:limewater and uses linseed oil), so you would have to use a slightly different name to indicate it's not the same...
