Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering
Se refiere a contemplar una construccion culminada. Es comun referirse a un puente, viaducto, estadio como "una gran obra de ingenieria". ¿en ingles podria ser "work of engineering" o "engineering feat", que creen?

I think you would usually call it engineering works

Actually yes - if the emphasis was on how great the structure was I would also call it a 'feat of engineering' as Gabrielle says

engineering structure

These are usually referred to as structures, even civil engineering structures. If it's "gran", then a "major engineering structure"
