Could it have something to do with conversion of paper documents into a digital format? As Robert has said perhaps 6matilla is the login name of the person who converted the document, indexed it and made sure it was correct?

Possibly a login name? 6 + Matilla? I've translated a lot of Mexican civil registry certificates, but I've never come across this. Is it a recent one?
