Spanish term

convocatoria a fin de sostener una reunión

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)

"notice [of meeting]" doesn't seem to fit here. Would "(...) we are waiting to hear from you to schedule a meeting" be accurate here?

Many thanks in advance.

(we will be waiting for you to) call a meeting

It sounds more natural in English if you change the syntax round a bit. :-)

You might be able to think of something that sounds more formal than "we will be waiting for".

Hi, jmf, your suggestion of 'schedule' where I've put 'call' is great - somehow I didn't see it before I posted my answer!

agree Alice Bootman : Very nice. "Schedule" also works instead of "call" here - but either is correct.

we look forward to arranging a meeting with you to...

This perhaps sounds a little more polite
Peer comment(s):

neutral Caroline Devitt (X) : I agree that it sounds more formal than my answer, but it doesn't make it clear that it's the recipient who'll be arranging the meeting, not the person writing.
