I hesitate to add another variant because there are so many already, but
I think this is saying the company's ... have the ...right to buy shares being sold by other shareholders at the price these shareholders offer to any third party.
In other words if one groupof shareholders is selling to someone else, a second group of shareholders also has the right to buy those shares at whatever price the first group has offered to the other buyers.
