Мы считаем, что так работать недопустимо. Вместо конкретных действий и информации мы от Тхх получаем только требования сняь с Тхх ответсвенность. При этом Ваши специалисты ссылаются на форс-мажор. Я советую им внимательно прочитать контракт. Там четко написано, какие обстоятельства считаются форс-мажорными. Нежелание рабоать к условиям форс-мажора не относятся и служить оправданием не может.
We think that such way of working is unacceptable. Instead of taking particular actions and providing us with necessary information, you are asking only to remove liability from Telsmith. In so doing your specialists reiterate your declaration of force majeure. I advice them to read the contract carefully. Force majeure circumstances are precisely specified in it. If your employees have not the least wish to work, this can not be considered as force majeure circumstance and can not excuse them.

A more literal translation would be OK in English and perhaps not so emotive as yours.
