Portuguese to English Other Food & Drink Grill restaurant
This is a waiter's resume. He worked at a grill restaurant as a waiter, in charge of meat preparation, customer service and as a "passador" which is the equivalent to "garcom churrasqueiro".

Someone "in the know", please help, as I am not necessarily a meat lover.

Not sure if it applies to a restaurant "When writing a meat carver cover letter be sure the hiring manager knows you have experience cutting, trimming and preparing consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale in retail establishments."

Meat Server

Churrascarias as they are known in Brazil are not typical in the US, perhaps with the exception of the Brazilian churrascarias that you find in some larger cities. I googled "meat server" and came up with one job listing that links to Craigslist but unfortunately the ad has expired and is no longer available. You can still see the job description on the search results page.
