Zobacz kontekst. Jak napisze Urkunde ausgestellt vom dem Notar... to będzie wszystko jasne. Spotykałem się już z samo Urkunde w znaczeniu "akt notarialny"

: Da hast du völlig Recht. Habe im Beurkundungsgesetz nachgeschaut. Notar und notarielle Urkunde kommen in keinem Satz zusammen, dagegen Notar und Urkunde: Sehr wohl. Es muss immer der Kontext beachtet werden :-))
