"Ha maturato importanti esperienze lavorative nello sviluppo e gestione di progetti complessi di pianificazione strategica e operativa, sviluppo locale, **facilitazione e progettazione partecipata**, urban design e landscaping, progettazione e realizzazione architettonica, trasformazione urbana, organizzazione di sistemi complessi, marketing strategico e operativo, innovazione e gestione del cambiamento."
I know that "partecipata" can mean "partly-owned" but not sure whether this fits here.

I am 5 certain for the "participatory planning" which is where stakeholders in the community, residents, groups and institutions, schools, hospitals and businesses are asked to participate in the planning process. It is closely bound up with "community involvement". The "facilitation" here is clearly that they as experts "help" non experts who are participating, although there may be a particular buzz word for this.
