It is the title of an episode of a soap opera. The episode is about stolen paintings. Any ideas ?

A play on words of "prova d'autore" = Artist's Proof
"The first set of prints pulled for the artist's own use, are marked as A.P. or PA (Italian, Prova d'Autore)."
"Artist's Fake" would be a literal translation, but I think you will have to be a little more creative. With an episode (film etc.) the title needs to be intriguing and relevant to the subject matter and "sound good" in English. That's not always possible with a literal translation. Not having read the episode, the above is just a suggestion.
