Self-performed investment project (or construction project) in course of construction
A befejezetlen beruházást/eszközt/vállalkozást a számvitelben úgy mondják "asset/project in course of construction". A saját vállalkozásban végzett "self-performed" - szemben az alvállalkozónak kiadottal, ami subcontracted. Amennyiben pénzügyi a szöveg (pl. eredménykimutatás), én az investment project megoldást használnám a beruházásra. Ha inkább építőipari a téma, akkor alkalmasabb lehet a construction project fordítás. Építőiparban és ingatlanos területen egyébként a befejezetlen angolul unfinished, de a kérdés besorolása "Bus/Financial - Accounting". Egyik esetben sem keverném bele a "capitalt".

"Fixed assets under construction represent Construction in Progress (CIP) and are recorded in a similar named general ledger account. They remain in such an account until the assets are put in service, at which time the costs of the assets are transferred into respective property, plant and equipment accounts."
