Im Falle einer vorzeitigen Beendigung des Vertrages werden die geleisteten Zahlungen für Consultingleistungen auf eine allfällige Abschlagszahlung laut §10 (4) insoweit angerechnt als dass noch keine aliquote Anrechnung dieser Kosten auf am Standort Xburg lizensierte Benutzer erfolgt ist.

Secondo me, la seconda parte del testo suonerebbe più o meno così: nella misura in cui non sia avvenuta alcuna imputazione percentuale di questi costi al licenziatario con sede in Xburg.
