German to English Marketing Tourism & Travel Brochure for hotel in South Tyrol
I hope some of you are up and about this fine Saturday lunchtime!
The full phrase is "3-Gang Abendmenü nach Wahl mit knackigem Salatbuffet und Körndlauswahl"
I just need to know what a "Körndl" is. Could it perhaps be a small shot of the local hooch? I await the avalanche of suggestions.

Note on closure of question Thanks for all your contributions! The "assorted seeds and grains" was one that best fitted the bill. I meant to dole out some points, but clicked on the wrong button. Sorry! The little bowl of assorted budgie food hasn't yet gone mainstream in the English-speaking world, and "cereals" means (more often than not) sugary processed pap from a cardboard box. So this was a tricky one. Funny how the fiddly little queries are the ones that generate the most comments, eh? Thanks again and all the best. Cheers, Andy Birch

agree Claire Cox : This is definitely right - I've seen bowls of various grains on offer at breakfast time and I think they're often there along with the dressings with the salad buffet too - but they could just mean full-grain bread - tricky!
