German term

Verwertungsleitung

Discussion

Douglas Arnott (asker) Mar 15, 2011:
does very much seem like a typo, and is missing an 's'
philgoddard Mar 14, 2011:
It must be -leistung. And presumably, it's a fancy way of saying "demand" - vacancy rates are expected to remain unchanged because supply is going to increase slightly, but so is demand.
Cilian O'Tuama Mar 14, 2011:
-leitung oder -leistung? ?

take-up

On the assumption that there is a typo, this seems to make sense - slightly increased supply balanced by an increased volume of disposals/lettings, i.e. take-up.
