This is from a promotional brochure from a company that produces anti-corrosion coatings for bolts and things.
"Gerade bei kleinen und kleinsten Schrauben sind ein homogener Schichtaufbau und eine geringe Schichtdicke besonders wichtig, denn nur so ist es möglich, die **Lehrenthaltigkeit** noch zu gewährleisten"
My guess was something like "maintaining the relative gauge". Google is not playing ball in this case.
