German term

Anbindung

German to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) commercial agreement
Diese hiermit vereinbarte Honorierung wird Bestandteil eines separat auszustellenden „Memorandum of Understanding“ zwischen ** und ** und Gruppe, mit gleichzeitiger vertraglicher Anbindung.

Is there a specific legal term for "Anbindung" in this context?

Many thanks!

neutral Kim Metzger : I get 9 Google hits for "contractual tie-up". Without quotation marks around the exact phrase, your results are meaningless. Contractual tie-up is a very odd and unusual expression.

corelation (just an attempt)

The remuneration agreed upon will form part of a MOU to be executed separately between x and y in consistance with the contractual terms.

What I mean is the provisions in the MOU will be synchronistic with the provisions of the agreement. This is what I read in this. I may stand corrected if this interpretation is wrong
