Heading for a set of figures for a particular business. My guess is something along the lines of "Abridged (financial) Report on Business", but any help would be welcome. The report has been written by a tax consultant, if that's any help. Thanks in advance!

In our company we just call it a business report. It can cover any number of work related issues and is a standard part of operations in any company. Also known as an economic report in some companies.

snapshot/overview of business conditions
I've sometimes seen "snapshot" as a heading for "vital statistics" pertaining to an enterprise. Might sound a bit informal, I don't know. You could use "overview". Just suggestions.

I tend to think that an "abridged business report" would entail a verbal description of conditions and ambitions, e.g. “sales were up for the last quarter, but we anticipate further strength in the industry, blah, blah”. The same goes for "brief". On the other hand if we are only speaking about set of figures, e.g. revenues, amortization, taxes, total, etc, I'm not sure you would call that a "report", but maybe in some places they do.
