sinter plates
At least, that's the translation given at this German site.
CB-Silica-Sinterplates
A new invention is the sinter process with the CB-SILICA-Granules at room temperature. Depending to the particle size and other process conditions the plates can be produced with different porosities /canals. The low temperature process leaves the large surface of the SILICA granulate unchanged.

sintered plates
It might also be sinterED plates. When used as a prefix, "Sinter-" can often mean "sintered". A lot of search engine hits for "sintered plate" or "sintered plates" and opposed to "sinter plate". If it's a plate used for sintering, then "sinter plate" is probably best. But if the plate is already sintered, "sintered plate" is definitely the way to go. It's hard to tell for sure from your context, but I think the plates may already be sintered.

: The plates are missing in the 2nd furnace, thus delaying commissioning. Therefore, they are part of the furnace.
